Your coach will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours after purchase to set up a date/time for your analysis.  Analysis sessions do not need to be done in person and can be done in a fully remote setting. All that you need is your smartphone and a friend or tripod, we’ll take care of the rest! Your coach will provide you will instructions on how to use the OnForm app, how to capture the videos, and how to submit them. Your video(s) will then be analyzed for any inefficiencies, and appropriate mitigation exercises will be recommended.

30-Minute Pre-Call
A discussion of:
- Your running history and current goals
- Injuries (past or current)
- Running shoes, orthotics
- How to run well off the bike (for triathletes)
Analysis Session
Your coach will analyze your video(s) for:
- Identification of any deficiencies in your run mechanics.
- Foot strike pattern, hip-extension, hip-drop/stability, upper-torso position and rotation, arm position, shoulder rotation, and head position
- Suggestion and demonstration of any required strengthening, and/or stretching activities to compensate for run mechanic deficiencies identified
- Running drill suggestion (and demonstration) if required to compensate for run mechanic deficiencies identified
- Discussion of advanced run dynamics (vertical oscillation, ground contact time, etc.), when available
Deliverables
Your coach will deliver a PDF’d document and schedule a follow-up call covering:
- An angular and metric-based analysis of foot strike, hip-extension, hip-drop, upper-torso position, arm position, shoulder rotation, and head position using the OnForm software
- Recommendations for strength-based exercises, to address your specific needs
- Recommendations for drill work, to address your specific needs
- Recommendations around specific flexibility needs
