What is a Gait Analysis?
It is two things:
- The obvious one is a good look at your running technique with video analysis tools. I will break down your run form and provide correctives based on what I find to help you immediately focus on improving.
- It is also an in-depth  “Runner Readiness Assessment” where I will examine how you move to add depth and context to what we will see in the video analysis (we do this first).
