What to Expect:
- In-Depth Instruction: we’ll start the day off with some discussion about injury prevention, footwear, and general best practices when it comes to running and training.
- Interactive Run Workshop:Â we’ll move into much more hands-on learning. In this section of the clinic, we’ll work on dynamic warm-ups, self-assessment tools you can use to gauge progress, and common running pitfalls with the drills to correct/improve them.
- Group Run: after the workshop, it’s time to get out and practice! This will be a short, easy run through the park.
- Q&A Session: We’ll finish the day with any Q&As, so can get your burning questions answered. No running topic is off limits!
- Video Gait Analysis (Premium Add-On) : for those who have added it on to their order, I’ll capture video of you running and perform an in-depth gait analysis that I’ll share with you after the clinic via the free OnForm app (which allows you unlimited access to your analysis). I’ll also provide you with the specific drills, strength or mobility work you need to improve.
