Lesson 4: Choosing Races
This lesson is all about how to choose races in the context of you, the athlete, and your unique life. This lesson builds on our continued off-season work and will give you some tools to help with the decision-making process of shaping your season ahead. Enjoy!

In this week's video we'll chat about periodization, what it is, why it matters, and how to apply it as a self-coached athlete. The hope is that this will give you a better framework to setup your year/season and get better results.

As we move into nicer weather and into the on-season, it is time to reevaluate our training schedule, account for competing demands that are likely creeping in, and craft a new routine for our season ahead.
